Charter members

By alecsothblog

Check out these Niagara motel photos by Scott Jackson, Alana Celii, Kevin Lamb, Irina Souiki, Mario Klingemann and Michael Veit. I wish I’d taken this towel picture by Michael Farley:

Alec: You have a keen eye, but I believe that is a robe not a towel.

Thanks for the flickr tour! It’s always interesting to see how different people see the same things. For me, being from Rochester which is not too far, I remember going to the falls as a child and hanging out at the Rainbow Mall, meeting the tallest woman in the world at Ripley’s, and serving as an impromptu witness at a wedding. Niagara continued in my consciousness as the place where we drove when we were 19 to go to bars and buy alcohol. Ah the memories….

I went to Niagara Falls today and thought of you, Alex, how could I not ?

Didn’t stay too long but shot off a roll or two before realising my work was done, I had seen it, and it was time to get back to Toronto and plan how I should continue my trip west.

I almost ended up bookng something that would take me through Minneapolis,
but its looking like ending differently. Montana is a hard place to get to.
